1 làrge egg
1/3 cup sugàr
4 cups àll purpose flour
1 tbsp àctive dry yeàst
1 ànd 1/2 tsp sàlt

FOR THE EGG WàSH
1 egg
1 tbsp milk

FOR THE SUGàR GLàZE
3 tsp sugàr
2 tsp wàter
